Like others, at Creative Scrum we do design methodology-based sessions, such as business model canvas, value proposition canvas, customer journey canvas and the likes. However, as explorative consultants, we take a slightly different approach, by placing a different emphasis. We shift the focus from the outcome to the process and use these canvasses as dialogue tools. Tools that spark shared sense making and meaning making processes within organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the stories we tell each other that build collective meaning.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

To us it is not about where you stick the notes on the canvas. It\u2019s about the stories that are shared during the sessions that help build the vision for the organisation. As such, we view organisations as conversations. And by building on each other\u2019s knowledge and ideas during such sessions, we take you to the realms of the unknown. That is why we don\u2019t do solo sessions, but we invite the whole team, or at least a representative number of members from the organisation. And what about the sticky notes? We clean the canvas up afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
